On Thursday, Sept. 14, a woman was walking her dog near the intersection of Woodglen Drive and Executive Boulevard when she spotted a man walking toward her while her dog played in the grass.

According to investigators, the man sexually assaulted the woman then rode off on an electric scooter westbound on Executive Boulevard.

Approximately a half hour later, a second woman said that she was walking along the trail with her dog when she saw the wanted man sitting on the bench. He then began talking to her, and at some point attempted to grab her purse and assaulted her.

He then fled on the scooter in the area of Tuckerman Lane, though his robbery attempt was unsuccessful. The woman was then able to call the police, who took her to an area hospital for treatment and evaluation of minor injuries.

It is believed that the same man was involved in both incidents.

The man was described as being either White or a mixed-race man who was approximately 6-foot tall weighing 190 pounds with dark hair and glasses.

Anyone who recognizes him or has information regarding the incidents can provide information here.
